1. One month subscription - No Refund
2. Three months subscription - Will be refunded after deducting one month's subscription charges if Refund Request is received within 3 days. No refund will be provided if you have already taken a Trial before subscription. No Refund Request will be entertained after 3 days.
3. Six and Twelve months subscription - Will be refunded after deducting Rs.1000/- if Refund Request is received within 7 days. No refund will be provided if Trial is already taken before subscription. No Refund Request will be entertained after 7 days.
4. Clients Taking Free AFL/ Buy Sell Signals with Annual Subscriptions will not be offered any refund.
5. No refund for any AFL/ Buy Sell Signals which is purchased.
6. Absolutely No refund allowed for any custom data / custom backfill or Historical data
7. No refund if your operating system has issue.
8. No refund if your (ISP) Internet Service Provider has connectivity issues with our server. While other internet users are able to connect to us
